I.D. Grinding Capabilities
For internal diameters (I.D.), Amratec offers precision bore grinding, taper grinding, and I.D. taper grinding. Our I.D. grinding services can handle parts from 0.250 inches to 16 inches in diameter and up to 8 inches long, ensuring that we can accommodate a variety of internal part geometries with tight tolerances.

Centerless Grinding Capabilities
Amratec’s centerless grinding capabilities allow for precision finishing of parts with diameters ranging from 0.125 inches to 8 inches and lengths up to 60 inches. We offer both in-feed and thru-feed centerless grinding, making it possible to efficiently process parts with continuous or interrupted profiles. Centerless grinding is an excellent choice for high-volume production runs, ensuring accuracy and surface finishes across large batches of parts.
Surface Grinding Capabilities
We provide surface grinding for components up to 20 inches in diameter. This includes face grinding, which achieves linear lengths held to tolerances as tight as 0.0002 inches. Our surface grinding capabilities allow us to produce smooth, flat surfaces with exact dimensional control, crucial for parts that require perfect mating surfaces or fine finishes.

- O.D. Grinders: Such as the Studer S-33 Universal O.D. Grinders and Kellenberger 1000U, allowing us to handle both outside diameters and internal diameters with swing-around I.D. attachments.
