CNC MILLING

We offer CNC 2D and 3D High Speed Milling equipment up to 80” x 40” x 20” with 4 and 5-axis capability.  Our process engineers have deep experience in combining our resources to develop the most efficient machining methods.  The ability to machine complex shapes, undercuts and difficult angles with minimal setups reducing tooling cost and labor time, resulting in a better cost per part in addition to maintaining part conformity and repeatability.  We understand and utilize the diverse capabilities of our CNC machining centers for the best combination of precision and efficiency and strive to efficiently, reliably, and accurately accommodate many levels of precision and volume – producing complex parts with elaborate geometries.  We can manufacture single piece prototypes up to larger lot quantities with scheduled releases.

We also machine from near net shapes such as forgings, castings, extrusions, die-castings, investment castings and flame cut blanks to make production quantities of precision machined parts.

CNC TURNING

We offer CNC Turning up to 6” Dia x 20”.  Some of our CNC turning machines also have integrated bar feed systems that support bar stock material of up to 2.5 inches in diameter, allowing us to automatically machine volume parts.
